(SANTA ROSA, CA) –The works to be presented by the 12 to 24-year-olds of the Santa Rosa Symphony Youth Orchestra at their Fall Concert are challenging enough to be on the program of any professional orchestra. Under the baton of Dr. Richard Loheyde, the orchestra will perform selections from Dvorak’s Symphony No. 8 in G Major, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol and Brahms’ Academic Festival Overture.

The musical action begins at the family-friendly hour of 3 p.m. at Sonoma Country Day School’s Jackson Theater on Sunday, December 2. Concert proceeds benefit the Santa Rosa Symphony youth ensembles.

Admission is $10 for students & seniors and $12 for adults. Tickets may be purchased in advance through the Rosa Symphony Box Office: (707) 54-MUSIC, online www.santarosasymphony.com, or at the door.
