How Can I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets are available on our website, in person,
via fax, mail or phone. Subscriptions can be ordered by completing the 08-09 order form. Single tickets go on sale September 15, 2008.
If you are purchasing tickets online for the first time, we suggest How to Purchase Tickets Online for the Symphony website.
Single tickets
can be purchased on the night of the concert at the
door beginning 1½ hours prior
to the concert start, subject to availability.
What Types Of Payments Do You Accept?
The Santa Rosa Symphony accepts cash, checks, American
Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA. Checks should
be made payable to Santa Rosa Symphony.
Do You Offer Student Rush Tickets?
Yes. We offer discounted Student Rush tickets ½ hour
prior to most performances for $10 per ticket, subject
to availability. Please be prepared to show your current student
I.D. or schedule of classes.
Student Rush available at all Classical Series performances for 2008-2009 season.

Lost My Tickets?
No problem. If your tickets are lost, please notify
the Symphony Box Office. Reprinted tickets will be
mailed to you or held at Will Call.

for purchase in any denomination at the Box Office

Accommodations
The Santa Rosa Symphony and Wells Fargo
Center provides access for the disabled on the main
floor lobby at both the north and south entrances,
access to bathrooms, designated seating and listening
devices. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the
second floor level. When purchasing your tickets with
the Box Office, please notify them if you need a handicapped
seat or other arrangements. Handicapped parking is
also available near the entrances in both parking lots.
Neither WFC nor Jackson Theater balconies are accessible
by elevator.

What if I can’t
attend a performance I have tickets for?
I am not a subscriber, can I exchange my tickets?
How do I donate my tickets if I am unable to attend?
Can I purchase tickets at the performance?
Program and artists are subject to change. There are
no refunds or exchanges on single ticket purchases.
Subscribers have the benefit of exchanging their season
tickets, subject to availability. Ticket exchanges
must be requested 48 hours before the concert weekend
and are not available the day of the performance.

If I Can’t
Attend A Performance I Have Tickets For?
If you are a season subscriber, you may exchange your
tickets for another performance during the same concert
set. If you are a Mini-Series or Come As You Can subscriber,
you may exchange your tickets for another performance
within the core concert series. If you have single
tickets, there are no exchanges.
If you are unable to use your tickets or exchange
them for another date, you may donate your tickets
back to SRS. We request that you turn in your donated
tickets within 48 hours of the performance. A tax credit
will only be mailed to you.
I Am Not A Subscriber, Can I Exchange My Tickets?
No. Ticket exchange is a benefit for our subscribers
only.

great subscriber benefits like ticket exchange.
How Do I Donate My Tickets If I Am Unable
To Attend?
You may bring your tickets into our box office, mail
them in or fax them up to 48 hours of the performance.
When faxing, please rip the tickets in half and be
sure to include your name on any correspondence to
us. You'll receive a receipt for tax purposes within
2 weeks of the performance if the tickets are resold.
Can I Purchase
Tickets At The Performance?
Yes. Single tickets can be purchased on the day of
the concert at the theater beginning 1½ hours
prior to the concert start, subject to availability.
