How to Purchase Tickets
On-line

1) Go to the Santa Rosa Symphony's ticket purchasing section: santarosasymphony.com/myAccount.asp

2) Click the "Login" button
    a) If you already have an account enter your email and password and click "login". Move on to step 3.
    b) If you do not have an account, click on the "new patron" button. Create your account and when complete click the "tickets" button within the frame. (Do not click the “TICKETS” button on the navigation bar underneath Santa Rosa Symphony logo.)
3) In the tickets section, select the performance you want to purchase tickets for by clicking the "Buy" button on the left of the concert. To view more information about the performance or venue, click on the name of the performance or the venue name.

4) Select your seating specifications including the section and the number of tickets, or it will default to “Any Section” which will give you the best available first. Click "Find Best Seats Available".

5) Seats will come up based on your specifications. If you like these seats, click "Add tickets to Shopping Cart". If you want to find other seats, click "Find Next Best Seats". If you wish to start over, click "Cancel Tickets & Start Over".

6) Confirm that the seat(s) in your shopping cart are what you want to purchase. Note that there is a $4.00 fee for all orders placed online.

7) Click "Go to Checkout and make Payment".

8) If you have not logged in already, you will need to do so now. If you are logged in, you will be taken to the payment screen.

9) Enter your credit card information, how you heard about the event, and add comments to your order (if you wish).

10) Click button “Click to Continue” to proceed with your purchase, or “Cancel” if you wish to cancel your order.

11) The next screen asks if you want to confirm or cancel your order. Click “Submit Payment for Authorization” to continue with purchase. During this time do not hit your browser’s back button. Authorization may take up to 1 minute.

12) The next screen is your confirmation. Your credit card has been charged and a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. If you want to review your order click “View Details”.


Anytime you wish to look at the tickets you have purchased, simply login to your account and click on “Display My Upcoming Performances”.
